2010 Green River Preserve Summer Staff Facebook Group - Get to know your fellow GRP staff members before you arrive!

Before you arrive for your first day of work, make sure that you have all of these items complete!

Mail the following items to the camp office at least 2 weeks before staff training (if you have lost your paperwork and need another copy, please use the links below or contact Pam to get additional paperwork).

All Staff

Signed Contract
Staff Health Form
Health Recommendation Form
Copy of your current driver's license
Staff Covenant
Email your staff bio and picture to Pam
Background Check Form
2010 NC-4 Tax Form (print, fill in)
2010 W-4 Tax Form (fill in online and print)

New Staff

I-9 Form
Copy of your social security card or a copy of your passport
